Nordbygg has been moved to April 20-23, 2021. The decision has been taken in close consultation with Nordbygg’s partners in the construction and real estate industry.
Nordbygg, which was originally meant to take place last week, was initially shifted to the fall of this year, but has now been rescheduled for next year. The new date is April 20-23, 2021.
In the past month alone, a great deal has happened regarding the COVID-19 crisis, including further restrictions on public gatherings, extended travel restrictions from the Ministry for Foreign Affairs and an extended ban on travel into Sweden. The impact on business has been enormous both nationally and internationally, and these effects have been confirmed and underscored in the dialogue we have maintained with the construction and real estate industry.
“We are carefully monitoring developments and listening to our customers, and we are all agreed that moving Nordbygg to spring 2021 is the best solution in the current situation,” says Peter Söderberg, Event Manager for Nordbygg.
An event as big as Nordbygg requires time-consuming preparations, not only for Stockholmsmässan as the organizer but also for our partners and exhibitors. This is why we have now decided to postpone the event to next spring, specifically April 20-23, 2021 – the usual time of year for this exhibition.
“We want to act responsibly and be able to organize a first-rate event for exhibitors and visitors alike,” Peter Söderberg adds.
