We offer adapted LPS-units for different kinds of households. All LPS-models are easily installed and joined together by a watertank, one or more pumps and an electric pump automatic. What makes the pump unique is that it can be used in system solutions. By system solutions, we mean many pumps connected to one singular pressure line. The pump works amazingly in bigger systems and thanks to its call height of 56 mVp, it manages to pump wastewater in long distances.

LPS2000P
LPS2000P – The installation is just as simple as handling the different establishments or temporary offices, everything is placed on a pallet and all that’s left to do is install it with plug and play! Temporary sewage solutions for construction sheds is a request we often get. Our new LPS2000P makes for easy connection to the public Sewage system and is adapted to winter-like conditions by an isolating thermostatically controlled heating mat of 150W which makes sure the pump station, that consists of the watertank, outflow pipe and pump, doesn’t freeze.

LPS2000D2
LPS2000D2 is a sewage pump station adapted for highly consuming estates whom require more flow – hotels, restaurants, schools and such. Mentioned estates require double LPS-pumps with high capacity. The pumpstation in the LPS-sewage is installed in the ground outside of the estate. The pumps in a LPS-sewage works independently of each other, thus one pump takes over in case the other shuts down. This makes the pump station optimal for joint and communal facilities.
Another groundbreaking component in LPS2000D2 is the anti-vacuum valve which prevents under pressure following for example pumping downhill. The system is delivered with start/stop automatism, alarm output, check valve, quick coupling, outlet and 2 230VAC 1-phase pump of about 1kW each. Simultaneous run(double flow) comes as standard. It can easily be changed afterwards to an alternated run(redundant).

SulfaNo
SulfaNo is our ionization equipment which lowers the percentage of hydrogen sulphide(H2S) while also removes odor from our bigger pump stations LPS2000D/D2 and LPS2000Q.
As for working in the sewage branch, handling hydrogen sulphide is not an easy task. Hydrogen Sulphide is a health hazardous and smelly gas which is formed in for example sewages when left in a poorly oxygenated environment(waterlines, water tank swamp and such) for too long.
Ionization implies that one or more electrons in an atom is added or removed which causes the atom to receive a negative or positive charge. When sunshine passes through the atmosphere, the oxygen in the air is ionized, thus the atom receives electrons in its outer layer. This is nature’s way to create negative oxygen ions which clean the air. For SulfaNo, the ionized air is created electrically.
The core of the ionization equipment is a “rod” which generates free electrons that are driven by electricity. A fan makes sure continuous air sweeps by the ionization rod that generates oxygen ions and oxygen clusters in the air current.
