Tunex - HQ - Impact Sound Insulation Underlay
Tunex HQ is obtained by recycling NBR. Tunex HQ is a eco friendly and fireproof underlay material which is used under the floor covering for impact sound insulation. It can be used in different thicknesses and surface forms as 5-25mm flat, 8/4mm, 17/8mm viol options, depending on the target acoustic performance. With Tunex HQ, the impact sound level (?Lw) can be reduced between 19 dB and 34 dB, while the airborne sound insulation level (?Rw) is improved between 2 dB and 10 dB.

Tunex - NF - Impact Sound Insulation Underlay
Tunex NF is obtained by recycling NBR rubber waste. It is an environmentally friendly and non-flammable mattress used under the floor covering for impact sound insulation. Depending on the targeted acoustic performance, it can be used in different thicknesses and surface forms with flat, 8/4mm, 17/8mm dimpled options between 5mm - 25mm thicknesses. With Tunex, the impact sound level (?Lw) can be reduced between 21 dB and 29 dB and the airborne sound insulation level (?Rw) can be improved between 2 dB and 10 dB.

Tunex - VB - Anti-Vibration Underlay
Tunex VB is manufacturing by recycling end-of-life tires (ELT). It is an undelayment mattress used under floor, pedestal or device for vibration isolation. It can be used in different thicknesses with 10mm, 15mm, 20mm, 25mm, 40mm or 50mm options depending on the targeted vibration insulation performance.
