Nordbygg 2010 – a great success

Nordbygg 2010, which took place at Stockholm International Fairs, 23-26 March, became by area and number of exhibitors the largest indoor exhibition ever undertaken in Scandinavia.

It was also more visitors than ever, 59 322 people visited the fair, which is the highest figure since Nordbygg changed from five days to four-day fair in 2006.
Nordbygg 2010 was extended throughout the Stockholm International Fairs venue, about 75 000 square meters.

A number of exhibitors and visitors meant that Nordbygg now really feels like an international fair. It also pleased us that so many professional organizations and authorities are committed to the fair and various special activities and seminars.

Focus on sustainability
The increased focus on sustainable construction was also a major breakthrough and was the clearest trend in Nordbygg 2010. Many innovations at the stands and several special events held at the show were about new environmentally friendly solutions, and optimizing energy efficiency.

Welcome again 2012
We are already busy preparing Nordbygg 2012, which takes place from 27-30 March 2012. Nordbygg will further strengthen its role as the main venue for business and development issues in the building and construction industry, in Scandinavia.
