Stockholmsmässan has the possibility to offer your participation full service - on the spot! Customer focus and teamwork are two ways to keep Stockholmässan as the leading organiser of Fairs and Conventions in Scandinavia. Therefore we offer all the necessary services and facilities to help you out. Below you can find all information about our wide range of on site service.

Service Center
The Service Center is where you can get help with installing exhibits, during the fair or when dismantling and removing them. At the Service Center you have access to photocopiers, telefax and telephones.

The Fair Shop
When your stand has been installed, you may notice something that needs to be changed or added to. If you do, then visit the Fair Shop in our Service Center. Here you will find all those practical items you need to solve most problems; light bulbs and extension leads, coffee and mugs, tape, string and much more.

Lounge
The lounge, restaurant and changing rooms with showers are available exclusively for the use of our exhibitors and congress organisers. Entrance under the stairs up to the Park Side restaurant.

The lounge is open at the same hours as the fair plus half an hour after the fair closes at the end of the day. The restaurant off the lounge serves the dish of the day as well as light lunches. The restaurant is open for the greater part of the day.
Other services
A bank and post office are situated in the entrance hall and are open during major fairs and congresses. There is a cashpoint available outside the bank. Safe deposit boxes, a Pressbyrå shop selling magazines, cigarettes, sweets and soft drinks, etc, a florists, first aid room and baby-changing facilities. If you require help, please contact our hostesses for assistance.

SEB and an ATM is located in the entrance hall. The bank is open during large conferences and trade fairs.

Catering

Change Machine
Located in the main entrance.

Cloak-rooms
The cloak-room facilities are subject to a charge. For information and bookings check with your contact person.

Commuter train
Commuter trains to and from Stockholm Central Station leave 8-12 times per hour. The journey takes about 9 minutes.

Fair and ticket
Stockholmsmässan is located inside the fair premises and sometimes a ticket is required to gain entry. Check with your contact person on what to do.

Foyers
It is possible to use the foyer area outside some of the halls for registration or catering arrangements. At planning stage, discuss the best set-up with your contact person.

Furniture
The standard furnishing in our conference halls and seminar rooms is cinema seating. The small group rooms are furnished with a conference table. The chairs in some of our large halls are fitted with a writing board.

Keys
Keys to meeting rooms may be signed for in the Service Center.

It is possible to rent office premises and conference rooms on the first floor in A Gallery. Contact Service Center.

Parking
Managed by Parkeringsbolaget, subject to a charge.

Photocopying
Photocopying machines are located in the Service Center, subject to a charge.

Located in the entrance hall.

Technical service is included in the cost of renting KI, K2 and the Victoria Hall. The cost of hiring a technician is supplementary for all other premises. Technicians can be booked through your contact persons.
